It’s been a busy few months for homes in Fusion with the slow start to the year leading to an abundance of new listings. There were 3 units that recently sold with 4 homes now for sale including this most recent listing in the 5408 building.

This latest condo on the market is one of the smaller “B” floorplans and priced at $899,000 it seems a bit of an aggressive price (in our opnion) considering what else is on the market for the same or similar numbers, and what recently sold at the same or similar numbers. A much larger 1,410 sq foot F layout just sold for $895,000 and a 1,110 sq foot C just sold for $899,000. Both had attached 2 car garages as well.

The home has been well cared for and is in nice condition but finishes are mostly the “base” package from when they were built including flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances and bathrooms. The B layout sits above the similar A units with the main difference being that the A unit has one bedroom on the living level with the primary up top. This B unit has both bedrooms on the upper floor. The balconies are smaller than the A unit but the tradeoff is the top floor means nobody above. The B condos have a one car detached garage along with an exterior assigned spot.

The home has central A/C and interior stackable laundry.

As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion the community resides in the highly sought after Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
