The “A” floorplan in Fusion is the smallest layout and often a pretty ideal for those transitioning from being renters to owners. With a little over 1,000 square feet this layout makes good use of space with an open style floorplan. The A and B units are very similar but the A unit (which sits below the B units in each building) has a first floor bedroom with a primary bedroom on th second level above. The A and B units each offer a one car garage and an assigned street parking spot, but garages are not attached to the units.

This unit is in one of the better locations in the community. *The square footage is listed by the agent at 1,370 based on the tax records but builder info shows 1,419 square feet. The home is in nice condition with some original builder upgrades. As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion this home has A/C and is the award winning Wiseburn School District boundaries.

It’s been a promising week with two new listings in Fusion South Bay. The first to hit the market is 5405 W 149th Place Unit #12 priced at $1,039,000 and the latest listing is a corner unit D floorplan at 5402 W 149th Place Unit#17. The D floorplan has a very nice living level with a fairly spacious living room that opens to the dining area and large kitchen. One of the biggest challenges to this layout is that the “guest” bath which services both the living level and one of the upstairs bedrooms is actually on the middle landing of the stairs between the two levels so it’s somewhat unusual but certainly works. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the guest bedroom using the bathroom below as mentioned.
