The Plan D in Fusion is a popular option for buyers wanting a bit more room as it’s quite a bit larger than the smallest A & B floorplans. The 
D floorplan has an open kitchen with a laundry room as well which is fairly rare (most of the units have laundry on the bedroom levels) The kitchen opens to a nice sized living room. The one quirky feature of the D floorplan is that the guest bath that also serves as the powder room is actually in between the 2 levels and not on either the living room or bedroom level.
