Welcome to the real estate recap for the year that was for Fusion South Bay real estate. Unfortunately there’s not much to talk about as this
was the slowest year for home sales since the condos and townhomes were built around 2007. There were only 4 homes sold during the entire year with one home currently for sale. View the homes that sold and Fusion real estate market activity.
If that sounds low….it is. Compare that to the busiest year in 2016 with 26 home sales and you get the idea as to how slow a year this was. If you’re a home buyer in Fusion South Bay, let’s hope 2026 is a bit better as there is only 1 townhome currently for sale in the gated community.

After a very slow start to the year things have picked up a bit in terms of listings hitting the market. Unfortunately for sellers they may have missed the prime seller’s market and things are now lasting longer and price reductions becoming more commonplace. The G layout 5410 149th Pl #12 just reduced the price from $1,040,000 (which was very reasonable) to $995,000 which, in our opinion (we are not the listing agents so unbiased opinion) is very well priced.
The condo is listed by Andrew Webber of Estate Properties.
The home is in great condition with builder upgrades throughout. The 3 bedroom G floorplan in Fusion sits below the larger floorplan units and offers a entry level living room with minimal steps up to the rest of the home. The dining and kitchen overlook the living room with the bedrooms all to the rear of the home. The location of the 5410 building is in the middle of the community and it looks out towards the former federal building and parking lott. It doesn’t look over the more industrial type areas that some of the exterior facing units in other buildings do.
As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion the community resides in the highly sought after Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
Fusion is a gated community and community amenities include a very nice pool and spa, small playground, half basketball court and an abundance of landscaped walking paths.
