The latest home sale in the gated community of Fusion South Bay was an all time record for this layout. One of the two smallest floorplans in the complet, this “B” layout offered 2 beds, 2 baths and a bit over 1,000 square feet. The B layouts are located above the similar sized A floorplan.
The previous record for this size unit was $844,000 and was the sale of an “A” floorplan back in 2022.
The home was in nice condition but was, by no means, the nicest or most updated unit we’ve seen so this was an impressive price indeed! The home was only on the market for 5 days before going into escrow. The home was listed by Paul Buller.
As with all condos and townhomes in Fusion, the home featured central A/C and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.
The last A or B floorplan to sell sold at the beginning of the year for $780,000 located at 5400 W 149th Place Unit#11.

Although it’s only been on the market for a month, the C layout townhome at 5405 #16 reduced the price from $995,000 to $949,000 after only 11 days on the market, so we’re assuming that there is some motivation here by the sellers.
