Well we’re back to ZERO listings for sale in the gated community of Fusion. There have certainly been slow times in the past but nothing quite like this.
There were 3 new listings last month and it was very exciting……briefly. One ot the mst impressive was the 2 bedroom D layout townhome that just recent closed over $40,000 over the list price. The multi-level home was a clean and bright D layout that was listed for $895,000. We didn’t envision this taking too long to sell given there is nothing else, but we were still impressed with the price
The home was a nicely updated “D layout”(click to see floorplan) with both bedrooms on the top level. As with just about every layout in Fusion the tax records and builder layouts show a slight discrepancy on square footage. Builder data shows 1,331 but tax records show 1,240 sq feet.
As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion the community is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
Community amenities include a very nice pool and spa, small playground, half basketball court and an abundance of landscaped walking paths.

We were excited that a third home was hitting the market in the gated community of Fusion South Bay, but the two that hit the market a little over a week ago are now both already in escrow so we’re down to just the one.
This most recent listing is a desirable and somewhat rare J floorplan that’s basically all on one level. The J sits above the other 3 bedroom G layout so there are a lot of stairs from the entry and especially from the garage but once there’s it’s a fantastic layout and floorplan. All three bedrooms are on one side of the home with kitchen, living and dining on the other making for a nice open style layout.
The location in the community is in one of the furthest east buildings.
