After a very slow start to the year things have picked up a bit in terms of listings hitting the market. year that was up 1 from the all time lowe in 2023 but that’s not saying much. The low number of home sales wasn’t due to lack of demand but lack of inventory according to Fusion real estate specialist Keith Kyle. The few homes that hit the market sold quickly. There just were not many homes for sale.
