While it may not seem like it if you’re a frustrated home buyer, not every home sells above the asking price these days. 5402 w 149th #17 just closed escrow and is a
good example. It was priced very aggressively when it first hit the market at just under $950,000. That was a big number for this layout but stranger things have happened lately. After about 2 weeks on the market it was reduced to $899,000 and quickly went into escrow and closed for $889,610. Either way this is still an impressive number and clearly is still a seller’s market.
The D floorplan has a very nice living level with a fairly spacious living room that opens to the dining area and large kitchen. One of the biggest challenges to this layout is that the “guest” bath which services both the living level and one of the upstairs bedrooms is actually on the middle landing of the stairs between the two levels so it’s somewhat unusual but certainly works. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the guest bedroom using the bathroom below as mentioned.
As with all condos and townhomes in Fusion, the home offered central A/C and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.

*As with every layout in Fusion there’s a bit of confusion to the square footage as original builder plans show 1,331 square footage but the tax records indicate 1,240 sq feet.
latest listing is a corner unit
with a split level living area and all 3 bedrooms on the same level. While the 3 bedroom J floorplan is popular with all spaces on one level, the G doesn’t have nearly as many stairs overall with the living room being on ground level. The MLS info shows 1,410 square feet but original builder plans indicate over 1,500 square feet. The home has 2 outdoor patios and a nice open kitchen area. As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion this home has A/C and is the award winning Wiseburn School District boundaries.
reach a price point never seen before. Given that the highest price a 3 bedroom unit that has sold was the
clean remodel that doesn’t feel like your usual original builder finishes. The C layout is probably the most open of all of the layouts as the main level is basically a large square shape with the kitchen on the side/corner meaning it’s extremely open. It’s often a bit difficult to envision the layout when empty but this home has resolved that a bit with the addition of a kitchen island that was not part of the original build. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with bedroom level laundry closet. As with all Fusion homes this one has air conditioning and is in the
