We talked about this 3 bedroom J layout a while back and it had gone into escrow in May but it fell out towards the end of the month and then reduced the price in mid June. March 2022 saw two home sales in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. Both sold below the original asking prices but both sold at very impressive numbers just the same. 5405 w 149th Pl #12 was a 3 bedroom G floorplan with a split level living area and all 3 bedrooms on the same level. The MLS info showed 1,410 square feet but original builder plans indicate over 1,500 square feet. The home offered 2 outdoor patios and a nice open kitchen area. As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion this home has A/C and is the award winning Wiseburn School District boundaries.

The newest listing in Fusion just recently hit the market priced at $929,000. This is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom E floorplan townhome with both bedrooms on the upper level. This is a fairly popular floorplan as most spaces and rooms are fairly large and the living room offers high ceilings giving it wonderful natural light. It’s been a promising week with two new listings in Fusion South Bay. The first to hit the market is 5405 W 149th Place Unit #12 priced at $1,039,000 and the latest listing is a corner unit D floorplan at 5402 W 149th Place Unit#17. The D floorplan has a very nice living level with a fairly spacious living room that opens to the dining area and large kitchen. One of the biggest challenges to this layout is that the “guest” bath which services both the living level and one of the upstairs bedrooms is actually on the middle landing of the stairs between the two levels so it’s somewhat unusual but certainly works. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the guest bedroom using the bathroom below as mentioned.
