It’s been a slow year for home sales in the gated community of Fusion South Bay, but August 2021 was definitely a different situation. 3 of the homes that sold in Hawthorne were in Fusion and the prices were pretty incredible. Demand has remained high as this small community with buyer’s clamoring to get something somewhat affordable in the South Bay. Take a look below at the three homes that sold. As you may or may not know, Fusion South Bay is located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne so it’s good to keep track of the market in and around. Take a look at the real estate market in March in the city of Hawthorne CA. There were 33 closed home sales in Hawthorne and a very impressive median sales price of $833,000.

Welcome to the month that was for home sales in the city of Hawthorne. It was a very solid month for real estate in Hawthorne CA with 18 homes selling during the month compared with 14 in January of 2020. The median home price was $769,000 and the average days on market was a brief 33.
While there’s often some confusion with the location of Fusion South Bay (some buyers contact me thinking it’s part of Manhattan or El Segundo) it’s located in the
Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne. December was a great month for home sales in Hawthorne with 40 properties selling compared with only 26 in December 2019. The median sales price was an impressive $780,000 due in large part to home sales in 360 and Fusion South Bay. Homes averaged 22 days on market before going into escrow and theaverage price per foot was $557.

While some people don’t realize that Fusion South Bay is located in Hawthorne…..it is. Although the real estate market for Fusion is different from the rest of Hawthorne it’s still important to keep up with what is happening, what homes are selling and for what prices.
