We haven’t seen much on the market recently in Fusion South Bay, one of the South Bay’s only relatively newer construction communities. It’s been on the slower side in Fusion South Bay over the summer with inventory of new homes for sale continually on the low end. There have been 8 homes on the market over the summer with 2 very news listings (as of 8/23/17), 2 pending home sales and 4 closed sales. Of the 4 closed sales 1 sold at the list price, 2 above list price and one home sold below the list price.
