latest listing is a corner unit D floorplan at 5402 W 149th Place Unit#17. The D floorplan has a very nice living level with a fairly spacious living room that opens to the dining area and large kitchen. One of the biggest challenges to this layout is that the “guest” bath which services both the living level and one of the upstairs bedrooms is actually on the middle landing of the stairs between the two levels so it’s somewhat unusual but certainly works. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the guest bedroom using the bathroom below as mentioned.

While the 3 bedroom J floorplan is popular with all spaces on one level, the G doesn’t have nearly as many stairs overall with the living room being on ground level.
