One of the two Fusion townhomes to sell in September was a D floorplan that sold for $835,000. It was a bit of a rarity these days as it closed below the list price of $859,000. Given that we thought it was overpriced at the time of listing (see original post when 5507 #15 in Fusion was listed) it wasn’t overly surprising. The two previous D floorplans had sold for $815,000 and $817,500 so the $839,000 is still an impressive number. The D layout is fairly popular as it has a nice sized kitchen, a bright and open living room and both bedrooms are on the same level. The biggest drawback is that the “guest” bathroom is off of the stairs up to the bedrooms so it’s not actually on either the living room or bedroom level. It’s a bit odd but it certainly works.
