2 Bedroom “A” Floorplan sold at $850,000

There haven’t been too many listings or sales in Fusion this year but this was a good one. This extensively updated “A” layout is the smallest square footage in the community, but sold for a big number.

The $850,000 sales price was just $10K below the all time record of a similar “B” floorplan that sold in 2024.

The home was in turn-key condition with builder and owner upgrades throughout. The updated kitchen offered stainless appliances, granite counters, white shaker cabinetry, unique backsplashe and a nice open layout that takes full advantage to fully utilize the limited square footage.

Finally A New Listing Hits the Market – D Floorplan Comes on at $819,000

There hasn’t been much to get excited about with so few homes for sale in Fusion South Bay but a new listing just hit the market as of 3/1. This latest listing is a D floorplan which is the middle range of the 2 bedrooms in terms of square footage. The D layout offers a nice living level with a good sized living room, dining area and larger kitchen with center island. It’s a popular layout with the only drawbacks being that this layout has a smaller balcony and the guest bedroom does not have a bath on the same level. Priced at $819,000 this will definitely be a test to see just where the market has come in the last 6 months with the last three sales of D unts being at $795,000, $740,000 and $755,000. There’s no doubt that the demand is there with the last C unit selling way over the previous high sale in the past.

Maybe this is the start of the turnaround we’ve been waiting for but two new listings hit the market this week in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. Both of the Fusion homes for sale are 2 bedroom homes. The newest listing is a D floorplan priced at $799,000 and located in the 5510 building #15. This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and approximately 1,240 square feet. The other home is one of the smaller “A” floorplans with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on 2 different levels.
