It’s been a slow year for home sales in the gated community of Fusion South Bay, but August 2021 was definitely a different situation. 3 of the homes that sold in Hawthorne were in Fusion and the prices were pretty incredible. Demand has remained high as this small community with buyer’s clamoring to get something somewhat affordable in the South Bay. Take a look below at the three homes that sold. Just Listed – 5507 W 149th Place 15 Hits the Market at $859,000
New to the market is a D floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths listed at $859,000. It’s a very nice unit but this is going to be a real test for the market with the last two D floorplans recently selling for $815,000 and $817,500. This layout is fairly popular as it has a nice sized kitchen, a bright and open living room and both bedrooms are on the same level. The biggest drawback is that the “guest” bathroom is off of the stairs up to the bedrooms so it’s not actually on either the living room or bedroom level. It’s a bit odd but it certainly works. As with all Fusion homes this one has air conditioning and is in the award winning Wiseburn School District.
