For various reasons there have been veryFusion South Bay townhomes few homes for sale in this gated community in the South Bay but that’s changed a bit. That’s good news for home buyers. Not only does that make negotiating slightly easier, but there is a variety of Fusion floorplans now for sale. Ranging from the smallest 2 bedroom B layout to the rare 2 bedroom H floorplan that’s the biggest 2 bedroom in the community. In addition to the 4 homes currently on the market we’re aware of an off market home as well making for an even greater number of homes and floorplans available.

5406 W 149th Place #18 – C Floorplan for Sale in Fusion for $735

We’ve written quite a bit about the C floorplan currently for sale in the 5406 #18 as it’s surprising to see it still on the market.  The
C floorplan is fairly rare and the appeal generally lies in the fact that it’s significantly bigger than the smallest A and B units (around 1,000 square feet), and it offers a 2 car attached garage (A and B units have a 1 car detached garage)  My clients feedback indicates that the floorplan isn’t one of the preferred but again given the size difference between this and the smaller units it’s surprising to see it still on the market.  It certainly appears to be an indication of a slowing market in a community that was white hot in 2018.

We’ve written quite a bit about the E floorplan currently for sale in the 5403 #4 as it’s surprising to see it still on the market.  The E floorplan is one of the most popular in the community and with the last sale being well over $800,000 it’s hard to see why this home is still for sale.  It certainly appears to be a cooling of the real estate market in Fusion South Bay.  The 5403 #4 home is one of the larger 2 bedroom layouts with around 1,400 square feet*
