As you may or may not know, Fusion South Bay is located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne so it’s good to keep track of the market in and around. Take a look at the real estate market in March in the city of Hawthorne CA. There were 33 closed home sales in Hawthorne and a very impressive median sales price of $833,000.

Well it was only a few days ago that we mentioned the new townhome on the market at 5506 #15 which was a D floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It had only been a few days and it’s now in escrow. That’s the bad news…….
The good news is that another D unit with even nicer upgrades just hit the market. Don’t expect this one to last long as it’s priced $20K below the one that just went into escrow very quickly. This latest listing is a D floorplan which is the middle range of the 2 bedrooms in terms of square footage. The D layout offers a nice living level with a good sized living room, dining area and larger kitchen with center island. The unit features a nice clean look with hardwood floors, granite counters and beautiful cabinetry. As with all of the homes in Fusion at South Bay, this one has air conditioning and kids attend the award winning Wiseburn School District.

This latest listing is a D floorplan which is the middle range of the 2 bedrooms in terms of square footage. The D layout offers a nice living level with a good sized living room, dining area and larger kitchen with center island. The unit features a nice clean look with hardwood floors and white kitchen cabinets and countertops. It’s located on the quietest side of the community and is definitely worth a look.
