If your search extends beyond Fusion, or if you’re just needing a larger layout and an extra bedroom, the townhome in Fusion adjacent Marine Village might be worth a look.

Marine Village is a lesser known community consisting of just 43 homes consisting of  large 4 bedroom 3 story townhomes and 3 bedroom two story townhomes.

The home is listed by Lisa Stott of West Shore Realty.

This townhome  offers around 2,076 square feet on three levels.   It’s in great condition and the location within the community is ideal with a nice view overlooking the pool area so it offers a bit grander sense of space than most others.

This is definitely vertical living as they have a lot of bedrooms and square footage into a fairly small footprint so lots of square footage…..and lots of stairs.  These homes all have some balcony and yard space although the patio/yard is off of the bedroom level and not the living level.  The 4 bedroom layout units were all built in 1994.

HOA dues as of 2026 are around $420 a month.  The community offers a nice pool areas but not much else in the way of amenities.  It is, however, just up the street from Marine Ave Park in Manhattan Beach which has a nice playground, soccer fields, raquetball courts, basketball and a number of baseball fields.  Marine Village townhomes are part of  the award winning Wiseburn School District.

One SLOW Year for Home Sales in Fusion South Bay

Welcome to the real estate recap for the year that was for Fusion South Bay real estate. Unfortunately there’s not much to talk about as this5408 W 149th Place in the gated coommunity of Fusion was the slowest year for home sales since the condos and townhomes were built around 2007.  There were only 4 homes sold during the entire year with one home currently for sale.  View the homes that sold and Fusion real estate market activity.

If that sounds low….it is.  Compare that to the busiest year in 2016 with 26 home sales and you get the idea as to how slow a year this was.  If you’re a home buyer in Fusion South Bay, let’s hope 2026 is a bit better as there is only 1 townhome currently for sale in the gated community.
