The latest home to hit the market in the gated community of Fusion South Bay is a very clean and well located 2 bedroom E layout. The multi-level townhome features a traditional floorplan with both suites being on the top level.

The E layout is always popular with 2 good sized suites, high ceilings in the living room, side by side laundry area on the bedroom level, a large patio and an attached garage with a ton of storage space. One thing to note is that the original builder info lists the square footage at 1,417 sq feet.
The home is in great condition but some of the features are original and a bit dark including slate floors in the kitchen and darker counters in the bathrooms so personal preference definitely comes into play. That said the home is in great shape and appears to be very well taken care of.
