New to the market is a C floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths listed at $815,000. The owners have done a beautiful job of giving this a fresh and
clean remodel that doesn’t feel like your usual original builder finishes. The C layout is probably the most open of all of the layouts as the main level is basically a large square shape with the kitchen on the side/corner meaning it’s extremely open. It’s often a bit difficult to envision the layout when empty but this home has resolved that a bit with the addition of a kitchen island that was not part of the original build. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with bedroom level laundry closet. As with all Fusion homes this one has air conditioning and is in the award winning Wiseburn School District.

Hawthorne, Hollyglen residents attend this award winning school system. One of the main concerns residents have had over the years is the lack of a local high school. Students that graduated from the local middle school were often then enrolled in the Centinela Valley district. As of 2015 a bond measure was passed for the construction of a local high school that will be located in nearby El Segundo.
