A newly listed C floorplan just hit the market as of 1/25 and it’s clear that this one isn’t going to last long. It’s a beautiful upgraded unit with hardwood floors, granite counters, custom tile in the bathrooms, and dark cabinetry throughout. The C floorplan is one of the smaller layouts but offers a spacious and flexible living/dining area. Unlike other floorplans with an obvious living room and dining room, the open layout is more of a blank slate allowing the owner to design interior spaces in a variety of ways. 5507 #16 is in a bit of a challenging location but that’s clearly not going to deter buyers. It’s currently listed at $775,000 but we are anticipating this selling well over the list price given the low inventory and clear demand for this layout.

the coronavirus certainly slowed that down dramatically. At the beginning of 2020 there were no homes for sale for months. Then all of the sudden there were 3 and none sold immediately (one sold quickly but fell out of escrow). Now 2 of the 3 have sold and the reason the 3rd is likely still on the market is the price. We’ve discussed this one in the past but at $749,000 it doesn’t appear that they priced it on the recent sales or market value.
