What an unusual year it was for home sales in Fusion during 2020. What started off to be an record setting year (not in a good way) turned dramatically in June. There were 18 home sales last year and amazingly the first closed sale did not happen until June. There was not a single closed home sale for the first half of the year with all 18 sales happening in the 2nd half. Take a look at the “sold date” on the homes below.
