After months of having no homes for sale in this gated community, we now have 3 for sale.  All three came on the market in a flurry and as timing is everything…..it’s probably not ideal….unless you’re a home buyer.  Whereas buyers were scrambling for anything, they now have options and likely some negotiating power.  We never would have imagined this a few months ago but oh how things have changed.

2 New Listings in Fusion South Bay as of 3/20

Maybe this is the start of the turnaround we’ve been waiting for but two new listings hit the market this week in the gated community of Fusion South Bay. Both of the Fusion homes for sale are 2 bedroom homes. The newest listing is a D floorplan priced at $799,000 and located in the 5510 building #15.  This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and approximately 1,240 square feet.  The other home is one of the smaller “A” floorplans with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on 2 different levels.  Located at 5405 w 149th Pl #7 this condo has just over 1,000 square feet.  Take a look below for more information and photos.

First New Fusion Listing Since November Now On the Market

We’ve written a lot about how there have been so few (none in fact) homes on the market in Fusion for the past several months. We’re happy to report that there’s finally a new A floorplan for sale.  5405 W 149th Pl #7 just hit the market priced at $749,000.  Normally we would definitely wonder about that price but given that there’s lots of pent up demand and it’s the only home on the market in the past 4 1/2 months who knows.  The last few “A” floorplans to go on the market sold at $697,000 (9/19), $678,000 (8/19) and $695,000 (7/19).  See the details and photos below and contact us for more information or to arrange a private showing.

Not a Single Fusion South Bay Listing In Two Months

While we may sound like a broken record, it still amazes us just how few homes have come up for sale in Fusion over the past 6 months. There hasn’t been a home on the market since November which is not good for home buyers looking in this gated community.

What is the reason there are so few homes for sale in Fusion?

Simply put….we’re just not really sure. It’s an incredible market for sellers as prices keep rising and pent up demand means lots of buyer competion, but that just hasn’t led to new listings.

We had hoped that the new year would bring new listings but that hasn’t been the case. A somewhat dated thought is that the market really picks up after the Superbowl when buyers and realtors really get back to the swing of things.

Let’s hope so!

Calling All Fusion Home Sellers!

It’s been pretty amazing just how few homes have been on the market in Fusion during late summer which is traditionally a solid time to list in this gated community.  According to Fusion specialist Keith Kyle, “it’s surprising that more sellers haven’t put their homes on the market in the last month or two.  It’s a great environment for sellers as the interest rates are low and inventory/competition is almost non-existant”.

While there’s nothing currently for sale visit the current Fusion homes for sale page frequently as it’s updated contiunually.  Here’s to hoping we see some new homes on the market in the near future!  For Fusion homeowners get a updated valuation of your property to see if the timing is right to list your home.

And Then There Were None……

With the latest 2 bedroom going into escrow there are officially no homes on the market. The difference between Fusion South Bay and Three Sixty is fairly strikingFusion South Bay townhomes with inventory on the rise and homes sitting in the gated community of 360 South Bay and very limited number of homes hitting the market in Fusion. It’s not clear why there are so few homes for sale in Fusion for the past few months but we certainly hope to see some new listings in the future.
