Smaller C Floorplan at 5412 W149th #1 Listed at $815,000 Sells at an Impressive $860,000

One of the most recent closed home sales in Fusion was a C floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths that sold quickly and well above the list price.   It was a beautifully remodeled unit with a fresh and clean look that felt quite different from the  original builder finishes.   The home was listed at $815,000 and closed escrow at $860,000 which would have been an unheard of number even earlier in the year….oh what a market it is.  See all of the homes that sold in Fusion and Hawthorne during October 2021.

The C layout is probably the most open of all of the layouts as the main level is basically a large square shape with the kitchen on the side/corner meaning it’s extremely open.  It’s often a bit difficult to envision the layout when empty but this home has resolved that a bit with the addition of a kitchen island that was not part of the original build.  Both bedrooms are upstairs along with bedroom level laundry closet.   As with all Fusion homes this one has air conditioning and is in the award winning Wiseburn School District.

Smallest “A” Floorplan That Fronts Aviation Sells for $755,000

Fusion South Bay saw two condos close during the month of September.  One was a D floorplan at 5507 #15 that closed at $835,000 which was an impressive number despite selling quite a bit below the list price.  The other was a very nicely maintained and updated A floorplan that recently sold at $755,000.  The number itself isn’t all that unusual given that the last two B floorplans with similar layouts and square footage closed at $760,000.  What was a bit surprising is that the location of 5511 #10 is a bit of a challenge as it fronts Aviation so there is definitely some road noise.  It’s quite a ways back due to the grassy park area and parking lot out front but still gets it’s share of noise.  $755,000 is an impressive price but the home was in very nice condition with granite counters, hardwood floors and updated stainless appliances.  View all of the recent home sales in Fusion South Bay.
