but sometimes they are very true. As of January 4th there are no homes for sale in Fusion South Bay and the demand has only increased over the past 2 years as neighboring Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo and 360 South Bay values have risen sharply.
Of the past 4 sales in Fusion, 3 sold over the list price and the 4th sold only slightly below their list price.
Prices rose throughout the year in Fusion and continue to rise. As an example the A and B floorplans were selling in the $575,000 range at the beginning of 2017 and by the end of the years the same floorplans were consistanly selling well into the mid $600,000.
