Price Reduced to $949,000

Although it’s only been on the market for a month, the C layout townhome at 5405 #16 reduced the price from $995,000 to $949,000 after only 11 days on the market, so we’re assuming that there is some motivation here by the sellers.

The newest listing in Fusion is a fairly rare “C” floorplan that offers one of the most open concept floorplans in all of Fusion.  This corner townhome a very open main level along with a powder room and 2 separate balconies.  While we haven’t seen the home yet, the listing notes white oak cabinets, stainless appliances and generous granite counters. The traditional floorplan puts 2 bedrooms, each with en suite bath, on the upper level.  The home also features and attached two car garage.

As with all condos and townhomes in Fusion, the home has central A/C and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.

The last “C” floorplan to sell was 5403 W 149th Place Unit#1 which sold in the summer of 2023 for $910,000.  This was a beautiful and highly updated unit.

Hawthorne Real Estate Market Update for April 2024Hawthorne real estate

April was a great month for home sales and real estate in Hawthorne CA.  There were 24 closed escrows during the month which was a dramatic increase fro the 13 that sold in March and 16 in February.

The average “listing” price for the homes that sold was $936,321 with the average sold price at $948,073.  This was well below March’s average of $1,060,269.  This also meant that the homes that sold generally sold above the full list price.

The average price per foot was $673 which was a below the March average price per foot.  Homes averaged a brief 33 days on market before selling with an even shorter median days on market of only 9.
