We’ve written a lot about how there have been so few (none in fact) homes on the market in Fusion for the past several months. We’re happy to report that there’s finally a new A floorplan for sale. 5405 W 149th Pl #7 just hit the market priced at $749,000. Normally we would definitely wonder about that price but given that there’s lots of pent up demand and it’s the only home on the market in the past 4 1/2 months who knows. The last few “A” floorplans to go on the market sold at $697,000 (9/19), $678,000 (8/19) and $695,000 (7/19). And Then There Were None……
With the latest 2 bedroom going into escrow there are officially no homes on the market. The difference between Fusion South Bay and Three Sixty is fairly striking with inventory on the rise and homes sitting in the gated community of 360 South Bay and very limited number of homes hitting the market in Fusion. It’s not clear why there are so few homes for sale in Fusion for the past few months but we certainly hope to see some new listings in the future.
All of the Sudden Some Homes on the Market in Fusion South Bay – 4/28/18
We haven’t seen much on the market recently in Fusion South Bay, one of the South Bay’s only relatively newer construction communities. There’s been a jump this past week with three new listings ranging from the smallest A floorplan up to the larger 3 bedroom. View all of the Fusion floorplans here. The prices are still reaching new heights with the A floorplan priced at $649,000 although the 3 bedroom was priced below the prices of the most recent comps both selling over $800,0000.
