As of 1/14 the market for homes in Fusion South Bay is once again very slow. Currently there is only one home actively for sale and it’s a bit surprising that it hasn’t sold yet. It’s an F floorplan which is generally pretty popular and it’s in one of the better locations in the community in terms of privacy as it looks out on the Federal building. It’s priced just about right at $799,000 given that the last 3 sales of this floorplan closed at $790,000, $810,000, and $820,000. It was originally priced at $809,000 and listed in early December. Like all homes in Fusion it offers A/C and is located in the Wiseburn School District.

times when there are no active homes for sale for months at at time and it would definitely seem that demand would be on the rise. Sometimes that’s the case and anything that hits the market gets sold quicky….and sometimes new inventory piles up as is the current case. What’s even stranger is that sometimes things sit and sit and then when one home sells…..there’s a rush on the others.
