There hasn’t been much on the market this year to begin with but 3 bedrooms are generally rare even when there’s an abundance of homes. The latest listing is a 3 bedroom 2 bath G flooplan. The square footage on the listing shows approximately 1,410 square feet although the original builder informaiton listed them at 1,510 square feet. This latest home is priced at $869,000 which is a bit hard to guage as the last 2 sales of 3 bedroom units, which were slightly larger J floorplans, sold at the beginning of 2019. the coronavirus certainly slowed that down dramatically. At the beginning of 2020 there were no homes for sale for months. Then all of the sudden there were 3 and none sold immediately (one sold quickly but fell out of escrow). Now 2 of the 3 have sold and the reason the 3rd is likely still on the market is the price. We’ve discussed this one in the past but at $749,000 it doesn’t appear that they priced it on the recent sales or market value.
