As it’s significantly larger than Fusion, there are often homes for sale when nothing is available in Fusion. As it’s quite a bit newer and offering resort style amenities, the prices are higher in 360 than in Fusion but you definitely get more. With an abundance of styles, floorplans and finishes, there are endless variety’s and something to fit everyone’s tastes. From the “condo” style living of the Flats, to the large single family homes of The Terraces the community offers endless choices. Finally A New Listing Hits the Market – D Floorplan Comes on at $819,000
There hasn’t been much to get excited about with so few homes for sale in Fusion South Bay but a new listing just hit the market as of 3/1. This latest listing is a D floorplan which is the middle range of the 2 bedrooms in terms of square footage. The D layout offers a nice living level with a good sized living room, dining area and larger kitchen with center island. It’s a popular layout with the only drawbacks being that this layout has a smaller balcony and the guest bedroom does not have a bath on the same level. Priced at $819,000 this will definitely be a test to see just where the market has come in the last 6 months with the last three sales of D unts being at $795,000, $740,000 and $755,000. There’s no doubt that the demand is there with the last C unit selling way over the previous high sale in the past.

Welcome to the month that was for home sales in the city of Hawthorne. It was a very solid month for real estate in Hawthorne CA with 18 homes selling during the month compared with 14 in January of 2020. The median home price was $769,000 and the average days on market was a brief 33.
Record Setting Sale for Off Market F Floorplan
The recent closing of the off market home at 5509 #3 set the new record for F floorplans at a sales price of $829,000. This was a very nicely updated and upgraded 2 bed, 2.5 bedroom townhome style unit. The previous record high was $825,000 for an E floorplan (fairly similar and on the larger end of the square footage). Take a look below for more information.
