It was a VERY slow year for the number of homes that sold in Fusion South Bay with only 6 condos and townhomes closing escrow during 2023.  Average list prices for the homes that sold was $986,333 with the average sold price at a very impressive $1,003,050.  Not surprisingly the days on market was very short at only 21.  With so few homes for sale demand was definitely there for anything that was listed.

Fusion is one of the premier gated communities in the South Bay due to it’s location in Hollyglen, Hawthorne, the fact that it’s Manhattan Beach adjacent, and the great schools of the award winning Wiseburn School District.
