2017 – Fusion Townhome Sales Year in Review

What an incredible year it was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay.  Demand for these newer townhomes remained heated and homes prices reflected that with home values skyrocketing.  The influx of demand from nearby tech companies such as Google, Yahoo, Spacex and more added to the already strong demand.  Fusion, along with 360 South Bay, are two of the only recently built gated communities with such and ideal location and are a great alternative for buyer’s looking for Redondo or Manhattan Beach.  Below are all of the home sales in Fusion for 2017.  As of this post there are currently no active homes for sale in Fusion but check our current Fusion South Bay listings page as it’s continually updated or sign up for FREE listing updates and never miss a new listing again.

Summer Listings, Escrow and Closed Home Sales in Fusion South Bay

It’s been on the slower side in Fusion South Bay over the summer with inventory of new homes for sale continually on the low end.  There have been 8 homes on the market over the summer with 2 very news listings (as of 8/23/17), 2 pending home sales and 4 closed sales.  Of the 4 closed sales 1 sold at the list price, 2 above list price and one home sold below the list price.  Without question home prices in Fusion continue to rise with nearly every sale being a new price record.  Click to see the current homes for sale in Fusion South Bay

2 Record Breaking Fusion Sales in July 2016

July 2016 saw 2 record breaking sales in Fusion South Bay with no real end in sight.  The first home was at 5507 W 149th Pl #3 and was a 2 bedroom “F floorplan” that sold at a whopping $725,000.  That is a number that hadn’t even been seen on 3 bedroom homes a year or so ago.

The second home was located at 5402 W 149th Pl #17 and was a smaller D floorplan that sold for $700,000.  Those are well beyond peak prices and both set new records.  Each unit was very nicely done and had some great finishes but these were both prices that would have been absolutely unthinkable a year ago.
